Privacy notice
We only ask for what we need to consider you for work. Here is what happens to it.
What we collect
What you type into the application: your name, email, phone, address, the work you do, when and where you can work, and, if you run your own business, your license and insurance details. Plus any files you add, such as a resume, a certificate of insurance, or a photo of a license.
We do not ask for a Social Security number, date of birth, bank details, driver’s license number or pay rate here. If we bring you on, we collect tax and payment details later, separately.
Why we collect it
To decide whether there is work that fits you, to check licenses and insurance, and to contact you about your application.
How long we keep it
If we do not bring you on, we delete your application 12 months after you send it. If we do bring you on, it becomes part of your record with us.
Files you upload land in a private storage area first. They are removed from there after 30 days. The copy attached to your application follows the 12-month rule above.
While you fill in the form, your answers are saved in your own browser so a dropped signal does not lose them. They are cleared when you send the application, or after 7 days, or when you tap “Start over”.
Text messages
We only text you if you tick the box to allow it. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help. We never share or sell mobile numbers or text-message consent to anyone.
Who sees it
OJPM staff who review applications. We do not sell your information. This site has no advertising trackers. It uses Cloudflare Turnstile to keep spam bots out.
Ask us to delete it
Email ali@oddjobspropertymaintenance.com from the address you applied with, or include your name and phone number, and we will delete your application.
